Description:

The Student Assistant assigned to the Workers' Compensation Board's Office of General Counsel will conduct legal research in performing Full Board Review of Workers' Compensation Board Panel decisions. The Student Assistant will review the decision and all relevant applications and testimony in order to determine if the decision is supported by substantial evidence. At the conclusion of the Full Board Review, the Student Assistant will write a memorandum supporting their conclusion. The Student Assistant is expected to work 15 hours a week during the school year and 37.5 hours a week during vacations and during the summer.
