Description:
- Support the communications and customer training of the Information Technology Services' Information Technology Service Management roll out for Service Request, Change Management and Incident Management.
- Create training material based on the analysis of the system and customer needs.
- Conduct customer orientation session and assist with training system managers.
The office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
