Description:
The Student Assistant will perform some or all of the following:
1) Report/chart preparation: Phone, staffing, attendance reports. Team listing & seating chart updates.
2) Leave request processing: Making the necessary database and eWFM entries and adjustments.
3) Assisting with the hiring process: Escorting interviewees, processing their paperwork, preparing summary reports.
4) Monitoring phone traffic: Serving as a means to alert permanent WFM staff of potential problems & anomalies.
5) Various administrative duties: Preparing miscellaneous reports, charts, or tables as needed.
6) Scheduling: Team meetings, allocating service ob room time, AWS assignments.
7) Testing: Making test calls to CCED IVRs to ensure that they are functioning properly.
Hours are either 8:30 - 4:30 or 9 - 5 Monday through Friday. 22.5-37.5 hrs/week.
