Description:

Perform entry-level activities under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. Review progress schedules; assist in the coodrination of work of separate contracts and with the Client; atten job meetings and prepare/distribute meting minutes; assist with field/change orders; review progress payments; maintain records on submittals, approvals, field/change orders and contingency allowances. Perform field checks; contract document review (plans & specs); review workmanship and materials; witness tests; review requests for information (RFI's); assist with detailed inspections, final inspections, and physical completion inspections; maintain bi-weekley reports; receive and distribute turn over items; review as-built drawings; track unit price quantities; and verify time and material (T&M) records.
