Description:

This fall, the State of New York will join many other leading organizations worldwide by creating a central organization to provide transactional administrative services for all its operating units. This organization-to be called the Business Services Center (BSC)-will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and highly efficient operations. By taking responsibility for these routine administrative functions, the BSC will enable agencies to provide greater focus on mission activities. The BSC will have an initial focus on Human Resources(HR) and Finance.
Under the direction of a Team Manager, interns will assist with various activities that will help staff plan and transition IT systems to the Business Services Center (BSC). This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new organization by assisting with this effort and developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
